i'm not sure that i will be updating this all that often, but i do like the idea of a "backup" social network that is good for both long-form and short-form personal stuff, and that probably isn't going to get bought out and used for marketing purposes due to its relative obscurity. (i think that qualifies as "Lo-Tek" circa 2014.)

most long-form stuff (along with reblobs and rants containing political/social outrage) is still gonna show up on my tumblr.  i am most active on the tweebs and email is still the best way to get a hold of me.
